THE ORGANIZATION'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY COVERS ALL EMPLOYEES AND BOARD MEMBERS. BOARD MEMBERS, SENIOR EXECUTIVES, AND MEDICAL DIRECTORS COMPLETE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT ANNUALLY. AFTER THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS ARE COMPLETED, THEY ARE REVIEWED BY IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE ANY CONFLICTS. DURING THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESS THE CONTROLLER REVIEWS THE CHECK REGISTER FOR ANY DISTRIBUTIONS TO DISQUALIFIED PERSONS.
