THE PROGRAM INCENTS AND REWARDS BUSINESS LEADERS WHO HELP THE ORGANIZATION ACHIEVE STATED BUSINESS AND/OR HEALTH IMPROVEMENT GOALS FOR A SPECIFIC FISCAL YEAR. THE PROGRAM IS A KEY ELEMENT OF THE PARTICIPANT'S TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE. THE PROGRAM'S INCENTIVE OPPORTUNITY IS BASED ON POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION (E.G.
