AS THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC SPREAD GLOBALLY, THE NEED TO SUPPORT DEVELOPING COUNTRIES IN RESPONDING TO THE PANDEMIC AND ONGOING PUBLIC HEALTH CHALLENGES LIKE HIV BECAME EVER MORE URGENT AND PLM SUPPORTED GOVERNMENTS IN STRENGTHENING THEIR SUPPLY CHAIN AND COMMUNICATIONS EFFORTS TO EXPAND HEALTH SERVICE ACCESSIBILITY DOWN TO THE LAST MILE.
