VOLUNTEER ROLES INCLUDE: A) TAX PREPARERS, B) GREETERS, C) FINANCIAL LITERACY EDUCATORS, D) COMMUNITY OUTREACH SPECIALISTS, E) TRANSLATORS AND INTERPRETORS, F) QUALITY REVIEWERS AND SITE COORDINATORS, AND G) TAX LAW INSTRUCTORS. ALL VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE IRS-SPONSORED TRAINING AND WILL RECEIVE CERTIFICATION BASED UPON THE LEVEL OF TRAINING COMPLETED. |
