1 Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PdNCF) was formed in 2013 as a Texas nonprofit public charity located in El Paso, TX to support the philanthropic goals of individuals, corporations, foundations,and nonprofit organizations to improve health, education, social services, economic development,and quality of life in the Paso del Norte region. In January 1, 2019, the Paso del Norte Health Foundation originally classified as a private foundation, became a Type I supporting organization of PdNCF. 2 El Paso Behavioral Health Consortium is an initiative working to improve the regional community behavioral health system's collaboratives. The Consortium's aim is to build ongoing collaboration where all partners are welcome, empowered, and unified to achieve a behavioral health system where people have access to the services they need, where and when they need them. The Foundation's Senior Program Officer works in the Executive Director role for the Consortium.
