PART I, LINE 1A NCF GENERALLY WILL NOT REIMBURSE TRAVEL EXPENSES OF SPOUSES OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF NCF. HOWEVER, WHEN THE RESPECTIVE SPOUSES OF NCF'S FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, PRESIDENT, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENTS, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTS, OR RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS ARE ESSENTIAL (NOT MERELY HELPFUL) TO THAT EMPLOYEE BEING ABLE TO CARRY OUT HIS OR HER BUSINESS FOR NCF, NCF WILL REIMBURSE THE SPOUSAL TRAVEL EXPENSES AS LONG AS THEY ARE PROPERLY SUBSTANTIATED.
