The Executive Committee includes the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of the Board and four Board Directors who also serve as the Chairs of the Buildings & Grounds Committee, Creative Initiatives Committee, Development Committee, and Marketing Committee. All Executive Committee members are members of the Organization's Board of Directors. |

The Board of Directors receives a copy of the Form 990 prior to the board meeting for review. Any questions are addressed at the board meeting before authorizing the Treasurer to sign the return. |

The Center monitors and enforces the conflict policies by an annual review with board members to discuss any possible conflicts they might have related to the Center. Further, if any board member does have a conflict, they recuse themselves from any discussion or votes related to that item. |
