CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION REQUIRES A REPORT OF THE NAMES OF THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS TO ENSURE THE SCHOLARSHIPS PROVIDED BY CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATON ARE SUPPORTING NATIVE AMERICAN STUDENTS. OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS ARE GIVEN TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WITH MISSIONS COMPLEMENTING CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION. CORRESPONDENCE IS RECEIVED VERIFYING THE FUNDS WILL BE USED AS INTENDED.
