In 2006, extensive effort was put In place by the board to determine adequate compensation at the time of the Executive Director's hiring. There is an annual review of the executive director's compensation by the Personnel Committee. The Museum also partakes in several comparability surveys to gather Information for the board to evaluate the executive director's salary. Each year salary may be adjusted for increases in cost of living at the same rate as regular staff. The board of directors determines the amount of the cost of living increase.
