PART I, LINE 2: THE ORGANIZATION HAS AN AGREEMENT WITH EACH 501(C)(3) ENTITY TO WHOM FUNDS ARE GRANTED FOR REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS TO REHABILITATE AND REPAIR THE PROPERTY THAT SERVES LOW-INCOME AND OTHER NEEDY INDIVIDUALS. A BUDGET AND A SCOPE OF WORK STATEMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE PROJECT IS GRANTED FUNDS. THE ORGANIZATION DESIGNATES ONE OF ITS BOARD MEMBERS OR STAFF AS A PROJECT MANAGER WHO IS REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THE BOARD AT MONTHLY MEETINGS ON THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT. UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTING WITH ALL SUBMITTED INVOICES THAT WERE PAID IN CONNECTION TO THE PROJECT IS REQUIRED.
