BAPTIST HEALTH COMMUNITY OUTREACH CONDUCTED 12 FOCUS GROUPS. FOCUS GROUPS REPRESENTED THE DEFINED COMMUNITY SURROUNDING EACH ACUTE CARE FACILITY AND ONE COMMUNITY BASED COALITION SERVING SOUTHEAST PULASKI COUNTY. PARTICIPANTS INCLUDED REPRESENTATIVES FROM PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED, LOW-INCOME AND MINORITY POPULATIONS.
