There are two members on the board that receive compensation from an unrelated organization, EdVisions, for service rendered to El Colegio Charter School. |

El Colegio Charter School does not report W-2's and W-3's or salary expenses and benefits due to all teacher and management contracts being done through Edvisions. Edvisions pays the employees wages and benefits and submits an invoice to El Colegio Charter School for the services provided. |
