Sch J, Part I, Line 1A
travel for companions is provided to officers, directors, and key employees on a limited basis. these individuals are provided one round-trip airfare per year for a companion. this item does not represent taxable compensation to these individuals. for 2020, no one received this benefit. with respect to domicile officers listed in part VII, such officers are provided with discretionary funds. However, all expenditures must be for business use. housing allowance or residence for personal use and personal services (cleaning services) were provided to two officers. the housing and cleaning services were provided because the individuals are national officers and must be on-site at APA's national headquarters. However, they are not local residents. these items do not represent taxable compensation to these individuals: Daniel Carey and Tim Hamel.
