The employees who would normally provide important elements reported on this form were working from home for two years, or were lost from the organization, and survivors just now returning to work in the offices part time. The records of the entity were scattered in various places in the offices, again due to COVID and have been pieced back together. The months passed between the original filing deadline and today have been utilized to catch up on accounting work and to provide a quality 990 return despite the pandemic.
