HARMONY HOUSE OFFERS WOMEN, MEN, AND THEIR CHILDREN EMERGENCY SHELTER, TRAUMA-INFORMED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, COMPREHENSIVE WRAP-AROUND SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO ALLOW SURVIVORS THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAL BOTH EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY IN A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND ANY OTHER PERSON WITH SUBSTANTIAL INFLUENCE SHALL PROMPTLY DISCLOSE TO THE BOARD ALL MATERIAL FACTS REGARDING HIS OR HER AFFILIATION WITH ANY PERSON WITH WHOM THE ORGANIZATION IS ENTERING A TRANSACTION.
