FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 15 PLYMOUTH CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION IS A MEMBER OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL (CSI), A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES SUPPORT TO CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA AND THE WORLD. CSI PROVIDES CONSULTING SERVICES, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, ACCREDITATION PROGRAMS, BENEFIT SERVICES, RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES, ETC. ANNUALLY RECOMMENDED COST OF LIVING WAGE INCREASE INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDED SALARIES BASED ON LEVELS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE. THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WHICH CONSISTS OF 4 BOARD MEMBERS, THE BUSINESS MANAGER, AND 3 ADVISORY MEMBERS REVIEWS THE CSI COMPENSATION REPORT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS RECOMMENDATIONS. THE FINANCE COMMITTEE PROVIDES COMPENSATION RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE FULL BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR APPROVAL AND INCORPORATION INTO THE SCHOOL BUDGET AND TEACHER SALARY CONTRACTS.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION C, LINE 19 THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT SUMMARY WITH EXPLANATIONS IS MAILED ANNUALLY TO THE STUDENT'S PARENTS, SCHOOL ALUMNI, AND VARIOUS OTHER PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL. IN ADDITION, THE INTERIM FINANCIAL INFORMATION IS PUBLISHED IN THE SCHOOL'S NEWSLETTER WHICH IS MAILED APPROXIMATELY EVERY 6 WEEKS. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. THE SCHOOL POLICY MANUAL IS PROVIDED ANNUALLY TO ALL PARENTS WITH CHILDREN ENROLLED IN THE SCHOOL. ALL SCHOOL POLICIES AND GOVERNING DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED TO EVERY SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER.
