PART I, LINE 2: THE FOUNDATION EXERCISES EXPENDITURE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL GRANTS WHICH ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. GRANT AGREEMENTS AND CORRESPONDING REPORTING ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH GRANT, ONE REPORT PER GRANTEE FISCAL YEAR FOR EACH YEAR IN WHICH TO GRANT FUNDS ARE RETAINED/USED BY THE GRANTEE. TSFF'S GRANTS ADMINISTRATION STAFF CURRENTLY WORK WITH PARAGON PHILANTHROPY TO HELP GATHER DUE DILIGENCE DOCUMENTATION, GET AGREEMENTS SIGNED AND REVIEW REPORTS. FOR GRANTS MADE THROUGH INTERMEDIARY ORGANIZATIONS IN THE USA, TSFF'S GRANTS ADMINISTRATION STAFF FOLLOW THE SAME PROCESSES AS FOR OUR DOMESTIC GRANT MAKING.
