The executive committee reviews and approves compensation, including benefits, of the executive director initially at the time of hire, and whenever the compensation is modified. Separate review and approval by the executive committee shall not be required if a modification of compensation extends to substantially all employees. The board of directors approves any executive director salary increases. Salary surveys of comparable institutions and like professionals are used as a basis for salary adjustments. |
