THE PURPOSE OF THE REVIEW IS TO ENSURE THAT THE COMPENSATION IS "JUST AND "REASONABLE". IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REVIEW, THE UNION GOSPEL MISSION BOARD OF DIRECTORS REVIEWS A COMPARISON, OF CEO AND CFO COMPENSATION AT OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. ADDITONAL RESOURCES AND OTHER COMPARATIVE INFORMATION MAY ALSO BE USED. THE SALARY SCALES AND AVERAGE COMPENSATION INCREASES FOR ALL STAFF IS ANNUALLY REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
