RESPONSES ARE REVIEWED FOR CONFLICTS AND POTENTIAL CONFLICTS ARE IDENTIFIED, EVALUATED AND DISCLOSED AS REQUIRED ON FORM 990. IN THE CASE OF A BOARD VOTE, PARTIES WITH CONFLICTS ARE EXCUSED. FOR EMPLOYEES, PER THE EMPLOYEE CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS ENUMERATED WITHIN THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK, EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE IN WRITING ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICTS TO THE PRESIDENT.
