PART I, LINE 2: DALIO FAMILY FUND, INC. ACTIVELY MONITORS GRANTEES BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER GRANT FUNDS ARE PAID TO ENSURE THAT GRANT FUNDS WILL BE USED BY GRANTEE FOR SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES. MOST GRANTS REQUIRE REGULAR FINANCIAL AND NARRATIVE REPORTING, WHICH IS REVIEWED BY GRANT COORDINATORS AND PHILANTHROPY MANAGEMENT. GRANTS ARE LIMITED TO SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES, TYPICALLY THROUGH GRANT AGREEMENT WHERE THE USE OF FUNDS IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO 501(C)(4) PURPOSES AND FUNDS MUST BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
