Topics include leadership, injury prevention, mental health, sports psychology, fundraising, choreography and other dance and coaching specific training topics. These offerings are available to members of the NDCA. Membership can range from approximately 500-800 individuals. PART III, LINE 29: Program Service Accomplishments - Credentials and certifications Develop and provide credentials and certifications specific for dance coaches and professionals. Credentials offered include Dance Safety, Coaching and Judging. The NDCA offers an Inclusion and Engagement Course and Certificate. These credentials and certifications are offered to NDCA Members as an add-on to their membership. Upon taking the course(s), members can choose to take the assessment and become ?certified in the area of study. The NDCA currently offers multiple modules and levels for each area of study. The NDCA credentials and certifications are offered online. PART III, LINE 30: Program Service Accomplishments - Annual conference The 2022 NDCA National Dance Coaches Conference was held in Nashville, TN on May 12-14, 2022. The Conference included a full schedule of professional development breakout sessions, panels, roundtables, keynotes and networking events for coaches and professionals of all levels. An Awards Gala was held to honor dance coaches and professionals with Hall of Fame inductions, various awards and industry service pins. Roughly 225 dance team professionals were in attendance in 2022. PART V, LINE 35b Conferences/conventions/trade shows are specifically excluded from the definition of unrelated trade or business. The NDCA regularly conducts, as one of our substantial exempt purposes, a qualified conference, convention or trade show activity.
