PART I, LINE 2: IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS GRANTMAKING POLICY, THE BAIL PROJECT REQUIRES GRANT RECIPIENTS TO PROVIDE REGULAR REPORTS ON THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS; SUCH REQUIREMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENTS WITH GRANT RECIPIENTS. SPECIFICALLY, GRANT RECIPIENTS MUST SUBMIT STATEMENTS OF ACTIVITIES WHICH DETAIL HOW GRANT FUNDS HAVE BEEN SPENT AND HOW THAT SPENDING COMPARES TO THE GRANT BUDGET. THE BAIL PROJECT ALSO REQUIRES GRANT RECIPIENTS TO PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES ON THE QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE OUTCOMES ACHIEVED WITH GRANT FUNDS.
