AquaticsThe Mid-Island Y JCC has swim classes for participants 6 months old thru adults. Options include group, semi-private or private lessons. Our 25-meter heated indoor pool has four lap lanes and easy access in and out of the pool. Our Champion Dolphin Swim Team has participants from ages 5-17 in its pre-developmental, developmental or competitive swim teams. While training, they work on stroke technique and endurance.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Form 990 is completed by the audit firm and submitted to management for review. The CFO reviews the 990 and submits it to the finance committee for their review. In addition, the President and CEO perform a final review for approval. The audit chair presents the approved 990 to the board of directors prior to the 990 being filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The conflict of interest policy is regularly reviewed and monitored by the CEO, CFO and other administrative members and is disclosed to the board of directors. The policy itself is reviewed annually and signed by each director and member of the administrative team. Any conflict that may arise during the year are openly discussed with the board.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	The compensation committee reviews salaries of chief executive officers of other similar organizations, discusses and approves a salary for the CEO.Metrics and goals are set up, and they are measured at the end of the fiscal year and scored to determine bonus payout and salary increase.
