PART I, LINE 1A
TRAVEL FOR COMPANIONS IS LIMITED TO THE HEAD OF SCHOOL AND IS DONE SO WITH DISCRETION ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS WHEN DEEMED APPROPRIATE. THE TRAVEL FOR COMPANIONS BENEFIT IS TREATED AS NONTAXABLE COMPENSATION. HOUSING BENEFITS ARE NORMATIVE FOR HEAD OF SCHOOL AND CERTAIN OTHER KEY EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND HIGHLY COMPENSATED EMPLOYEES TO BE AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS 24 HOURS A DAY TO FULLFILL DUTIES. HOUSING BENEFITS ARE TREATED AS A NONTAXABLE WORKING CONDITION FRINGE BENEFIT. PERSONAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF HOUSE CLEANING AND IS TREATED AS NONTAXABLE COMPENSATION.
