Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2) ALL DONATIONS ARE ENTERED INTO SALESFORCE AND INTO QUICKBOOKS. THE FINANCE MANAGER RECONCILES QBO TO SALESFORCE. ONCE THE RECONCILIATION IS COMPLETED, THE GRANTS ARE ISSUED. WE HAVE A COMMITTEE WHO VETS AND MONITORS THE RECOMMENDED NONPROFITS TO MAKE SURE THEY FIT THE CRITERIA OF BEING AN EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION AND ARE STILL IN LINE WITH OUR MISSION. ALL REVENUE AND GRANTS ARE TREATED AS AGENCY FUNDS.
