The signed statements are reviewed by either the Board Chair or the Executive Committee. It would also be addressed by either the Board Chair or the Executive Committee. |

The salary is then approved by the board of trustees and documented in the minutes. Line 15b: The President approves compensation of other officers using comparability data.
