EASTSIDE ACADEMY IS COMMITTED TO MAINTAINING AN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT THAT IS FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964, TITLE II OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990. IT IS THE POLICY OF EASTSIDE ACADEMY TO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST STUDENTS BASED ON RACE, COLOR, NATIONAL ORIGIN, SEX, AGE, DISABILITY, OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION IN ITS ADMISSIONS, PROGRAMS, OR ACTIVITIES. AT EASTSIDE ACADEMY WE BELIEVE EVERY STUDENT HAS THE RIGHT TO LEARN AND EVERY TEACHER HAS THE RIGHT TO TEACH.
