SCHEDULE J, PART I, LINE 4A SEVERANCE PAYMENTS: PURSUANT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS, THE FOLLOWING GROUPS OF OFFICERS ARE ENTITLED TO SEVERANCE PAYMENTS BASED ON THEIR COMPENSATION AT THAT TIME IN THE EVENT OF CERTAIN IDENTIFIED CIRCUMSTANCES. THE SEVERANCE PAYMENT PERIODS ARE 24 MONTHS FOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENTS, 18 MONTHS FOR SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTS, AND 12 MONTHS FOR VICE PRESIDENTS.
