THE END FUND HAS A POLICY IN PLACE TO EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE AND THE COMPENSATION FOR THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. THE BOARD CONSIDERS SIMILAR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN BENCHMARKING AGAINST A PEER GROUP, LOOKS AT PERFORMANCE OF THE CEO, AND RECOMMENDS A SALARY AND POSSIBLY A BONUS AMOUNT FOR THE PERIOD UNDER REVIEW. A DIALOGUE IS FACILITATED WITH THE CEO AT EACH STAGE OF THE REVIEW PROCESS. ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO COMPENSATION ARE APPROVED BY THE FULL BOARD. THE CEO IS NOT PRESENT DURING THIS STAGE OF THE BOARD DELIBERATIONS AND APPROVALS. The deliberations and decisions regarding the review and approval of the CEO's compensation are documented in the minutes to board of directors meeting.
