Tandem, a professional employer organization, files all required payroll information returns on behalf of Caris Pregnancy Counseling and Resources. As such, the number of employees reported represent the number of employees who work for Caris. Caris reimburses the professional employment organization for the employees' compensation and the reimbursements are reported on 990 Part VII, Section A and 990 Part IX, Lines 5-10. |

The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually at the Board of Directors meeting. Both board members and officers sign the policy. Disclosures are made to the Executive Director who brings the matters to the Board's attention. Should any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed, the board member or officer would be asked to refrain from participation in any deliberation or decision with regard to matters affected by the relationship. |
