FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 7A | EACH MEMBER WHOSE DUES ARE PAID UP THROUGH THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE MONTH IN WHICH THE NOMINATION OR ELECTION IS HELD SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOMINATE, VOTE FOR, OR OTHERWISE SUPPORT ANY CANDIDATE. VOTING SHALL BE DONE BY SECRET BALLOT AMONG THOSE MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING. PROXY VOTING IS NOT PERMITTED. EACH MEMBER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ONE VOTE.
