INSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED TO STUDENTS BASED ON PRE-DETERMINED CRITERIA. THE UNIVERSITY RECEIVED FUNDS FROM THE HIGHER EDUCATION EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND.
