Filing organization is organized on a membership basis and shall have two classes of membership - active and honorary. Each county farm bureau association in the state of Minnesota shall be eligible for active membership in this corporation and may have voting rights. Individual honorary membership in this corporation may be conferred by a majority vote of the board of directors upon any person. Such honorary membership shall be classified as nonvoting and shall have no voting rights. |
