Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c | RCOC has a conflict of interest policy which covers all board members and officers. It requires disclosure of any transaction from which such a person might benefit that they feel should be disclosed, and also asks about family and business relationships with any other covered person. Prior to the beginning of the year, RCOC sends out a conflict of interest questionnaire to gather information about independence and relationships in and among the board and other listed persons on the 990. This enables RCOC to determine when a conflict should be disclosed. |
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | The personnel committee and the board of directors, with no participation by interested persons, reviews and approves all merit increases. The personnel committee uses data to comparecompensation for similarly qualified persons in comparable positions at similar organizations. Documentation with respect to the decisions regarding any compensation arrangement. |
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 | RCOC makes the 990 from the last three years available to any request within twenty four hours. RCOC considers all other requests for such documents on a case by case basis beyond the information contained in our annual audit and form 990. |
