Form 990-EZ, Header, Line B | This return was filed by mail on February 16, 2022. The IRS returned it because the law changed and we were required to file electronically. We were unaware of the change in the law and received no such notification. We received the correspondence from the IRS on January 23, 2023. The IRS entered our address incorrectly and therefore we did not receive the original letter, dated June of 2022. The address on the form we sent in February was correct. The June letter was sent to an incorrect address. The unit number was left off. This was an IRS mistake and not our mistake. Our address was correct and had been updated correctly. We do have the original form for verification. |
