ANY ACTIVITIES WHICH EVEN APPEAR TO PRESENT SUCH A CONFLICT, SUCH AS RECEIPTS OF GIFTS FROM VENDORS, WORK WITH ORGANIZATIONS IN COMPETITION WITH THE NWTF FOUNDATION, OR ACCEPTANCE OF MUTUAL EMPLOYMENT WITHANY VENDOR, MEMBER-OWNED OR -OPERATED ORGANIZATION, OR COMPETING ORGANIZATION MUST BE AVOIDED OR TERMINATED UNLESS, AFTER DISCLOSURE TO THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT (WHICH IS THE EMPLOYEE'S DIRECT SUPERVISOR - OR IF THE SUPERVISOR IS NOT AVAILABLE OR IF THE SUPERVISOR IS PRESENT WITHIN THE CONFLICT - THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR), IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE ACTIVITY IS NOT HARMFUL TO THE NWTF FOUNDATION OR OTHERWISE IMPROPER.
