THIS DATA PROVIDES COMPARABLE COMPENSATION FOR SIMILARLY QUALIFIED PERSON IN FUNCTIONALLY COMPARABLE POSITIONS AT SIMILARLY SITUATED ORGANIZATIONS. THE COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENT IS EVALUATED DURING THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW PERIOD WHICH COINCIDES AND IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VALEO'S HR PRACTICE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES.
