THE DECISION IS DULY DOCUMENTED IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MINUTES. THE PRESIDENT AND CEO USES AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES AS A COMPENSATION BENCHMARK FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES. THE MOST RECENT COMPENSATION REVIEW TOOK PLACE SEPTEMBER 2023.
