The committee makes sure that TIHANs Executive Director salary and benefit package overall is comparable to others, taking into account the seniority of our Executive Director and the results of his performance appraisal. The HR Committee then makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors, which reviews the recommendation and decides upon the salary of the Executive Director for the following year. |
