AS PART OF THEIR OVERSIGHT FUNCTION, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULARLY REVIEWS THE SPECIFIC PAY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE FOR EACH SENIOR EMPLOYEE, INCLUDING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND EACH MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM.
