ALL STATE CREDIT UNION FOUNDATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS THAT RECEIVED COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND GRANTS FILE A REPORT ANNUALLY, THOSE THAT RECEIVED MORE THAN $10,000 OF COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND GRANTS IN A YEAR MUST ALSO FILE A REPORT SEMI-ANNUALLY. EACH OUTREACH GRANT IS GOVERNED BY A GRANT AGREEMENT OUTLINING THE GRANT REQUIREMENTS. PROCESS REPORTING IS REQUIRED WITH AT LEAST TWO REPORTS WITH A FINAL GRANT REPORT REQUIRED BEFORE THE FINAL PAYMENT.
