The conflict of interest policy exists and the Board of Directors ensures there is a segregation of duties between the Board and the Executive Management team. It is a requirement for both the Board and Executive management team to annually sign and agree to the conflict of interest policy to confirm understanding and compliance. This is a regular item on the Board of Director meetings and at the Members Annual Meeting. Any new vendors / partners are vetted for any potential conflicts. |

Members are required to read and accept these as a condition of membership. All Board of Directors, Executive Management Team, volunteers and interns are expected to comply with all policies and procedures. These are reviewed and accepted during their registration process. |
