SECTION D REPORTABLE COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN TRUSTEES INCLUDE LOST TIME WAGES. LOST TIME WAGES PAID ARE CONSISTENT WITH UNION POLICY TO REIMBURSE MEMBERS FOR TIME SPENT ON UNION BUSINESS THAT REQUIRES THEM TO MISS TIME AT THEIR EMPLOYER. LOST TIME WAGES PAID IN 2023 TO BOARD MEMBERS WAS $215 TO MICHAEL VAUGHAN AND $4,688 TO JAMES YORK.
