| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c | The Organization's conflict of interest policy applies to all Directors and Officers and to individuals who serve on a committee of the Board of Directors, or in an advisory capacity to the Land Conservancy, the Board of Directors or a committee thereof. Each Director and Officer must acknowledge their familiararity with the policy and shall disclose in writing to the Chair of the Board any conflicts by completing a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement annually. Each Director and Officer shall have a duty to amend such disclosure promptly, whenever there is any material change in the information previously disclosed. The Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statements shall be reviewed by the Chairs of the Board of Directors. Any issues not previously disclosed, or new information that materially affects any prior disclosure, shall be referred to the Board or appropriate Committee. The Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statements shall be retained in the confidential files of the Chair. |
