Grantmaker's Description of How Grants are Used The Children's Museum (TCM) Inc. employs a dedicated Program Manager with support from the Director of Operations to monitor the use of Grant/Assistance funds that are distributed to cooperating organizations. Cooperating organizations submit quarterly reports documenting actual spend in the prior quarter as well as their expected cash need against planned budget. Quarterly reports are reviewed by TCM, as the fiscal agent, for adherence to proposed expenditure plan and deliverables. Quarterly, approved funds are secured by TCM and released to the cooperating organization and reported back to the originator of the funds on the required reporting schedule.
