Per the By-laws Article V - The Organizaion is managed by its Board of Directors which shall comprise of at least 9, but no more than 19 members in good standing. Three members shall be Doylestown residents and another three shall have a majority interest in a business located within the community. The members are elected annually for a term of one year and also can be elected to serve for two additional one-year terms. A majority of directors need to meet for a quorum for elections and business transaction approval. Primary officers serve until their successors have been elected. All activity within the Organization is reviewed, understood, and approved by the Board of Directors. This includes any event, sub-function activities, and signifcant operational decisions. The Board of Directors are the primary governing body. |
