The results of the study were presented to the UWCC Board. Pay bands are based on the sector and similar organizations in Canada. The assessment of the President & CEO is performed by the UWCC Board of Directors' executive committee. The salaries for the executive team and employees are approved by the President & CEO and based on pay bands.

The Form 990 is available upon request and is posted on the IRS website to the public.
