Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Procedures for monitoring use of grant funds. GRANT APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A GRANT APPLICATION. THE APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED AT THE INSTITUTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETINGS. GRANT RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PRESENTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR APPROVAL. ONCE THE FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED, RECIPIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT A QUARTERLY REPORT. THE QUARTERLY REPORT PROVIDES DETAILS ON WHAT THE GRANT MONIES WERE SPENT ON TO DATE. THE QUARTERLY REPORT IS REVIEWED BY THE INSTITUTE PRESIDENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTE ADVANCEMENT.
