Form 990, Part III, Line 4d OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: Tulsa Cares strives to treat the whole person in an inclusive environment. We seek to address as many social determinants of health as possible under one roof.Mental health services at Tulsa CARES are provided by licensed professionals who specialize in issues common to people living with HIV/AIDS. The program offers individual, couples, or family counseling, and our mental health therapists specialize in everything from trauma to anxiety to addiction. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: Tulsa Cares offers client-centered care coordination and linkage to high-quality medical care for persons living with Hepatitis C (HCV). The program uses hands on care coordination, customized action plans and referrals, and direct support to assist individuals on their treatment journey. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: The medical program at Tulsa Cares offers an HIV specialist physician offering in person office visits and telehealth options after an initial appointment. The medical program at Tulsa Cares also has a full-time medical assistant who helps coordinate office visits, nursing care, and obtaining client medical records and labs.
